You’ll find options with small mazes designed for kids and large, challenging ones to keep adults occupied for a long time. And don’t forget about the other fall activities that occur on these farms including pumpkin patches, hayrides, farm animals and children’s activities. Hillside Orchard Farms - Lakemont, GA
Pick your own apples (5+ varieties) are available (since 2015), plus pumpkins, a corn maze, hang out with Festus the donkey and other barnyard animals, take a hayride, and more. The bakery makes fresh pies, doughnuts, and more daily during the fall. They are located about 115 miles northeast of Atlanta.
Jaemore Farms - Alto, GA
You pick pumpkin patch and corn maze, plus pre-picked apples and more available in the farm market. They are located about an hour northeast of Atlanta.
Madrac Farms - Rincon, GA
Open every Friday and Saturday starting in October. It features an 8 acre pumpkin patch growing a special Orange Bulldog Pumpkin designed for the South Georgia climate. Pick them right off the vine. Also a 5 acre corn maze, hayrides, farm animals and a new tire playground. Admission is $8 for ages 3 and up, plus the cost of your pumpkin. Face painting, bouncy house and pony rides are extra. A Pumpkin’ Chunkin’ contest runs at the end of October. They also feature Friday and Saturday nights a Haunted Maze. Their address is 580 Ralph Rahn Rd., Rincon, GA 31326. Poppell Farms - Odum, GA
Open weekends starting late September. A 10 acre corn maze, pumpkin picking patch and haunted forest started by Genell and Tanya Poppell in 1988. They have been inviting visitors for agritainment for over 10 years. Also enjoy pony rides, petting zoo and play area with cow train, spyder slyder and steer roping. Freddy’s Fright in the Forest on Friday and Saturday nights. Located southwest of Savannah and west of Jessup. Their address is located at 1765 Hyma Poppell Loop, Odum, GA 31555. It is about 72 miles southwest of Savannah.
Southern Belle Farm - McDonough, GA
Opens this fall the middle of September. A 200 acre dairy farm that has been converted to a beef cattle and educational farm with pumpkin patch, hayrides, pig races, seven acre cornfield maze, corn cannon, cow train, pedal carts, pig and duck races, and more. It has been worked by five generations of the Carter family since J.A. Carter bought the farm in 1938. Their address is 1658 Turner Church Rd, McDonough, GA 30252. It is located about 34 miles southeast of Atlanta, Georgia.
Uncle Shuck’s - Dawsonville, GA
Open on weekends starting in early September. Enjoy finding your pumpkin, take a daytime hay ride along the Etowah river, get lost in the 12 acre corn maze, and play with other fall fun such as the corn cannon. Also starting late September they run a nighttime haunted trail with a bonfire attraction. Their address is 4520 Highway 53 E, Dawsonville, GA 30534. It is about 53 miles north of Atlanta.
Washington Farms - Watkinsville, GA
The fun begins this season on late September. Pick your own pumpkins from the patch, play in the 8.5 acre corn maze, enjoy the hayride, petting zoo, cow train, corn cannon, jumping pillow and other fall fun. Learn more about what’s happening on the farm at their website or Facebook. They are open Fridays and Saturdays in September. They are open daily during part of October. At night go through using a flashlight. Also at night are jumping pillows, hayrides, campfires, concessions, and more. The Enchanted Maize at Blowing Springs Farm – Flintstone, GA – Multiple Mazes
Haunted Corn Maze. Daytime fun on Friday through Sunday with a great corn maze and farm activities.
After dark, enjoy the Forest of Fear and Ghost Ride at the Blowing Screams Farm haunted attraction. Have fun at the critter corral, on the cow train or the other fall farm fun. Just south of Chattanooga. Location: 271 Chattanooga Valley Rd, Flintstone, GA 30725

Cagle’s Family Farm – Canton, GA
The Cagle family has been farming in Cherokee County for five generations and hosting a corn maze for 15 years. The maze takes a minimum of 45 minutes to walk through the path (assuming you don’t get lost!). Friendly farm animals, hayrides, jumping pillow, goat walk and pig races also await you on your visit. Jaemor Farms – Alto, GA – 8 Acres, 2 Mazes

A 300 acre family owned and operated farm run by the Echols family for more than 100 years. Website claims more than 100,000 visit the maze in October. Other activities include pumpkin patch, hayrides, pumpkin train, farm slide, apple cannons and duck races. Check schedule for early October opening dates into early November. Located northeast of Gainesville, south of Cornelia. Maze is at the farm in Alto, NOT the Banks Crossing Commerce market.
Pettit Creek Farms – Cartersville
Hayrides and a corn maze await visitors to this farm’s fall PumpkinFest. Shop for pumpkins, animal petting zoo and moonwalks for kids. Open daily from late September to early November. Camel rides and concession stand food available on weekends for an additional charge.
Mitcham Farm Corn Maze – Oxford, GA – 7 Acres
Open Friday through Sunday from late September through October. Also open Wednesday in October. 7 acre corn field maze with 2.5 miles of paths. Other activities include pumpkin patch, hay rides, petting farm, giant mountain slide, cow train, corn cannon, pedal karts and children’s play area. Located thirty minutes east of Atlanta.

A 1500 acre cattle farm located an hour south of Atlanta in Upson County. Owned by Chick-fil-A founder S. Truett Cathy. Other activities include the petting zoo, zip lines, hay rides, cow train, cane pole fishing, paddle boats, pumpkin cannon, giant jumping pillow, slides and carousel.
