Nelson’s Pumpkin Patch - Emerado, ND
Fall season begins the middle of September.  The Nelson family has been farming since 1880. It is currently owned and operated by Carrie and Todd Nelson and their three children. Enjoy a hayride and the pumpkin patch here, as well as two and ten acre corn mazes, a pre-school straw maze, haunted attractions, games and more! Note: They only accept cash and checks!

Papa’s Pumpkin Patch - Bismarck, ND
They started their pumpkin patch in 1983 when a friend asked them to plant some pumpkins for a parade. They opened it to the public in 1989 and now grow around 30,000 pumpkins. They didn’t ripen in time and they invited grade school teachers to the pumpkin patch. Pumpkin picking is offered from noon to 7 pm daily from the early September to late October. Also enjoy the kid’s corn maze, corn crib, bale mazes, slide mountain, pumpkin cannon and a variety of activities with a small fee: pony rides, horse-drawn hayrides, wagon rides and Sebastian’s Train.
