A Petrified Forest - Altamonte Springs, FL
The season opens in early October.  A Petrified Forest is a giant 85,000 square foot haunt attraction. There are four attractions named The Path (two trails), Backstage Tour, and Laser Tag. It features live bands, food and games. The fun runs from 7:30 pm to 11 pm. There are combo packages available. They are open most Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights .

Asylum by Ocoee Lions Club - Ocoee, FL
Sorry folks as it does not appear the Lions will run their haunted attraction this year.

Face the Fear House - Longwood, FL
Back again at the Longwood Village Inn.  Admission tickets are available.  Open Friday and Saturday the last two weekends in October.

Halloween Horror Nights - Orlando, FL
Halloween Horror Nights returns to Universal and runs select nights from September 2nd through October 31st, 2022.  This is Universal Orlando and their big Halloween event. This is one of the best and biggest haunt events in the country. Ticket prices are around $73.99 for a single night purchase. We recommend you explore and buy your tickets online. Many types of park discounts are available in the area. Don’t miss any of the 9 haunted houses including The Cabin in the Woods, Evil Dead, or Resident Evil.  Halloween Horror Nights has over 646000 Face book likes. Please note this is a full scare event and the park does restrict children from entering.

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party - Orlando, FL
Disney World brings back this fall the ever popular Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.  Disney World operates a night time special event Halloween experience on select nights from August 12th to October 31st, 2022. It is a separate hard ticket. It features the Happy HallowWishes Fireworks and two Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parades each night. This is one of the best non-scary events in the world. You can find all the popular Disney characters in the park on these nights. Trick or Treat your way around the park. Lots of rides, fun, entertainment, and of course the Haunted Mansion. The entire park is decorated for Halloween. Disney is celebrating their 50th anniversary so this is a great event to attend this year.

Sorosis Club’s Annual Haunted House - Orange City, FL
The theme this year is “Our Wicked World”.  Tickets are $12.  It runs the last two Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights in October.  This is the 44th year for this annual haunted house.  Grab your friends and prepare to experience a lifetime of horrors when you enter Our Wicked World! Once you escape the twisted maze, watch out for terrifying surprises and dangers at every turn. Clowns and spiders are plentiful. Beware of the undead…it is rumored that a mad scientist has kept his lovely wife’s head alive in the hopes of one day finding her a new body! Be prepared to come face to face with murder, madness and magic!
