Carter Hill Orchard - Concord, NH

An active orchard since the mid-1700s, the Larocque family purchased the farm in 2001 after Rob Larocque had worked on the farm for decades.Apple picking starts Labor Day weekend and ends in mid-October.They grow more than 15 varieties of apples, including Gala apples, one of their most popular varieties.They have run an on-site cider press in the fall and winter since 2006.They sell unpasteurized cider at the orchard and pasteurized cider to local merchants for their stores.Bakery sells cider donuts, sweet breads, whoopie pies, pumpkin muffins and seasonal pies.
