Big Island Ghost Tours - Kailua-Kona, HI
Started in 2013 by local resident, author and certified leading paranormal investigator Zach Royer, who has been exploring the paranormal mysteries of Hawaii as director of Kahuna Research Group for over half a decade. They offer a one mile walking tour on the Big Island of Hawaii called the Kona Haunted Hele. The tour explores Ali’i Drive with an approximate length of the tour 2-2.5 hours. The cost for youth (ages 5-11) is $29, children 12-16 are $39 and adults are $49. Tour begins at 7PM. They must have a minimum of two (2) total guests to run the tour. Meeting location will be emailed at time of purchase. Stories range from modern haunted buildings to tales of the spirits of the ancient Hawaiian warriors called the Nightmarchers. The tour employs the Kahuna Research Group to find paranormal activity and guests may have the opportunity to use ghost hunting equipment while on the tour. They also run another tour called Hilo After Dark.

Mysteries of Hawaii - , HI
2-3 hour experiences at a cost of between $40 and $55 per person depending on the tour. A choice of six tours offers the opportunity to explore downtown Honolulu, Waikiki beach, the Waianae coast and other famous landmarks in Hawaii. See the only Royal Palace in the United States (Iolani Palace) or learn about the kidnapping of Gil Jamieson from Punahou School. The tours are offered by owner Lopaka Kapanui, who apprenticed under Glen Grant. Grant was a legendary Hawaiian historian with a long-running radio show that wrote a book about ghost stories and another about the folktales and mythology of Hawaii. Kapanui continued Grant’s popular ghost walks following his passing before setting out to create his own tour business.

Oahu Ghost Tours - , HI
A 2 hour walking tour called Honolulu City Haunts, a 4 hour driving/walking tour called Orbs of Oahu and a 5 hour Sacred Spirits tour. Tours are year round, offered Monday through Saturday (tour offered depends on the day of the week) and there is an 8 person minimum on the tours. The walking tour takes 2-2.5 hours and costs $33 (kids) or $43 (adults). The driving tours last between 4 and 5 hours and cost more – $49-53 for kids and $59-63 for adults. The company is a subsidiary of The Real Hawaii Eco-Cultural Excursions According to them, Oahu is one of the most haunted islands in the world and on par with some of the most haunted cities in the United States.
