Modifications for 2022: Costume contest and trick or treating at local businesses from 4-6pm. Normally: HdG Recreation Committee presents the annual Havre de Grace Halloween parade. Meet at the corner of Washington Street and Congress Ave, dressed in costume. Registration 6:00, the parade begins at 6:30. Come early or stay late…Trick or Treat in participating business from 4-8 pm!
