Are you ready to track down some fun events for Halloween 2024? We have put together one of the largest calendars of Halloween events in the United States for you. It locates holiday activities for all ages – from kid-friendly children’s activities to adult Halloween parties. We don’t have every event yet, but there are plenty of ideas to get you and your family in the mood for Halloween in Alabama.

Kids can trick-or-treat with the merchants of Midtown Village from 3-6pm. Bring your own treat bag
Halloween Candy Walk - Prattville, AL - Oct 28, 2019
Canceled for 2020, look for their return in 2021! Normally: Ghosts, goblins, fairies, superheroes and more come out for safe trick-or-treating in Prattville, starting at 4pm at City Hall.
HullaBOO - Montgomery, AL - Oct 29, 2019
Free event for children in kindergarten through fifth grade, with children’s activities, a costume contest, real horses, crafts, and more
Downtown Spooky Scavenger Hunt - Auburn, AL - Oct 25 to Oct 31, 2020
Join Active Auburn & the Downtown Merchants Association for a Downtown Spooky Scavenger Hunt. Beginning Sunday, October 25 through Saturday, October 31, Active Auburn will be hiding a pumpkin at a downtown merchant location every day of the week leading up to Halloween. Each day at noon, a picture that contains a clue will be posted on Active Auburn’s Facebook page (@activeauburnAL). The first participant to physically find the pumpkin in person will receive a gift card from that location.
