New haunt attractions brought to Columbus by the world famous 13th Floor Haunted Houses. Enjoy the fun starting in late September. Doors open at 7:00 PM every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Also open most nights in October. Expect lots of scares with live actors in professional make-up working hard to make you jump out of your skin. Tickets available at the box office or online. Get ready for the most fun you’ve ever had getting scared this Halloween season when the world-famous 13th Floor Haunted House comes to Columbus! In most buildings, the 13th floor doesn’t exist–but here, in Columbus, it’s terrifyingly real. Blood Prison - Mansfield, OH
Nothing like being scared. This old prison is all about horror. It once housed some very violent prisoners. Many died here. Some may be still here. Brimstone Haunt - Wilmington, OH
The Brimstone Farm was once a prosperous family farm. Now open every Friday and Saturday night from late September through Halloween. It is a place full of long-lost memories, stories, and curses. Many horrors have been reported in these fields but not many are willing to talk about the events that occur in the corn. Come see what’s waiting for you around every twist and turn. This is no ordinary woods walk. The Forgotten Forest is a place shrouded in mystery. Many people have gone searching for answers to the unnatural events that occur in and around the forest but none have ever returned. Only the bravest should dare enter these trees and IF you make it back out, you will not be the same as when you went in. Tickets are $15 for the haunted hayride or a combo ticket for $27. Carnage Haunted House - Columbus, OH
Tickets are just $20 per person. Carnage offers 30 highly-detailed rooms guaranteed to scare. Come feed your soul at the Carnage GORE-met Shack while enjoying Horror movies and live music on select nights, ensuring you will have a bone chilling time! Open every Friday and Saturday nights starting in late September through early November plus some additional Thursday and Sunday nights in October.
Cedar Point’s Hallo Weekends - Sandusky, OH
Lots of fall fun begins around the middle of September at Cedar Point. Because of the virus Hallow Weekends will change this year to Tricks or Treats Fall Fest. Check the website for a variety of ticket price options and discounts.
Halloween Haunt At Kings Island - Mason, OH
Halloween season begins in late September. A special Tricks and Treat Fall Fest will take place this year given the virus concerns. Their regular haunt will return next year. Kings Island Haunt takes over the theme park on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights through early November. The Friday times are 7 pm to 1 am. Most Saturday times are 11 am to 1 am. Caution since zombies, psychotic clowns, and twisted souls take over the park it is too intense for children under the age of 13 at night. Enjoy the park rides, featured haunts, mazes, and shocks. If you have a Gold Pass season ticket you get in for free. Students can get a discount on Friday nights with Student ID. Check web page for full list of prices.
Haunted Farm - Pleasantville, OH
An annual haunt for over 20 years. It features a haunted barn, corn maze, and haunted hayride. They have vendor concessions and lots of live entertainment on select night. Experience the fear of the evil on the farm. Hear tales of mass murder, torture, and what ever happened to the Wilson family? Find out if you dare.
Haunted Hoochie Dead Acres - Pataskala, OH
Their season begins around the middle of September. Haunted Hoochie is advertised as “The Worlds Most Extreme Haunted House”. This is a strange haunted attraction that is working hard to make you sick. This is not your typical haunt attraction. It is very “hands on” and you should expect to be touched, grabbed, and maybe even choked or dragged. The unusual house opens Friday and Saturday from 8:30 pm until after the bars close. Thursday from 8:30 pm to midnight. While there check out the food and souvenirs. So it is open Thursday through Saturday nights. Check Facebook for details. Haunted Hoochie has over 108000 Facebook likes. Note they are adjusting their show to adhere to virus and social distancing concerns.
Portsmouth Jaycees Haunted House - Portsmouth, OH
It is a monster infest maze and terrifying yard. An annual charity haunt put on by the Portsmouth Jaycees.

Went to a new haunt in Columbus call Carnage Haunted House. For a first year haunt they are awesome. The scenes are super creepy and the actors were spot on. They have parking and a food truck in the parking lot. Theyvalso show movies on the side of the building outside. I would definitely recommend. They’re at 1160 Alum Creek Dr. Columbus, Ohio
