This Holiday Elf is designed as a particularly cheery shirtwaist-style dress. Made of brushed knit flannel fabric in green and red, it has gold trim and decorative peppermint buttons, too. It features a faux leather belt to cinch the waist and provide some Santa similarity. Of course, the festive elf hat has a curved peak and zigzag cuff (with attached jingle bells) to complete the look.
