Walmart and Target Announce Early Black Friday Deals; Best Buy Launches Free Shipping

With Black Friday 2019 as late on the calendar as it can be and Cyber Monday actually in December, you knew that stores were going to be anxious to compensate for the shortened Christmas holiday shopping season. Walmart, Target and Best Buy have not disappointed as all made announcements this week.

Walmart is starting its Early Drop Deals on its website earlier than ever – with the holiday savings beginning on October 25th at midnight Eastern. Their announcement indicates top items in electronics, gaming, toys, home and sporting goods will be on sale. The highlighted deals include:

Farberware 3.2 Quart Digital Oil-Less Fryer – $39 ($30 off)
VIZIO 55-inch Class M-Series Quantum 4K Ultra HDR Smart TV – $398 ($100 off)
BouncePro 7-Foot My First Trampoline – $99 ($25 off)

The announcement contained other news as well. Customers can use iOS devices to shop for the hottest toys on their scannable toy catalog, launching November 1. Walmart will also have more than 500 exclusive toys this holiday season. Plus more than 1300 new items including toys from Frozen 2, Star Wars and Baby Shark.

The announcement follows shortly after a purported leak of a screenshot of the video game console black friday ad page from Walmart – which showed tremendous savings off regular prices (if it is legitimate).

Target Early Black Friday Announcement:

The new Target Circle member program, which Target says has had more than 25 million users sign up, will give early access to Black Friday deals as well as special deals starting on November 1st. Target has also announced same-day on-site pickup and free shipping on “hundreds of thousands of items, with no minimum purchase or membership required. Next day delivery will be available in certain circumstances starting November 1.

Best Buy Shipping

In addition to its previous Black Friday price guarantee, Best Buy announced holiday plans for next-day delivery plus free shipping on thousands of items. It is also offering same-day delivery to a total of 42 metro cities in the United States.
